This Privacy Policy describes how LeadProbe, Inc ("LeadProbe," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our property inspection services and our text messaging program (the "LeadProbe Ops Line").
We collect information you provide directly to us: your name, phone number, email address, property addresses, and the content of messages you send us. When you use our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number and the messages you exchange with us.
We use your information solely to provide our inspection services: scheduling and confirming inspections, answering questions, delivering inspection results and certificates, and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that are necessary to deliver our services (for example, our telecommunications provider to transmit text messages, and our email provider to deliver documents), and only for that purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
